The Foundation wants to make it easy for you to nominate someone to receive a Halo so we made the criteria list very short and sweet:

  •  - They must be a personal referral from one of you (a friend of the Foundation)
     - They must have a child (children) with special medical needs
     - They must be having some sort of financial hardship
